How many months prior our check-in can we make reservations through the official website?

A

Reservations can be made as early as 12 months before check-in date.

About cancellation fee

A

Fee will be charged if guest cancels within 14 days before their check-in.

During the reservation and membership registration process, the message "For your security, you have been logged out due to inactivity. Please log-in again to continue." was displayed.

Please check if you are not viewing the PC-version site on your mobile phone. If you are using a PC, the data from the previous operation will remain in the PC as a cache during consecutive operations, this data will be out of date and will cause a system timeout. Please change the "Temporary Internet File Settings" to "Confirm", or restart the system to return to normal.

Where can I check the reservation details?

For reservations made through our official website, guests can check their reservation details by clicking the “My Page” button on the website, or through the reservation confirmation e-mail sent to their e-mail address. For reservations made through other websites, guests may call the customer service site of the booking site where they have made their reservation.

Can I make changes/cancel my reservation through phone/e-mail?

A

Unfortunately, changes and cancellation of reservations cannot be done through phone or e-mail. Guests may make modifications or cancel their booking through the website they have made the reservation with.

Can underage guests without a guardian stay at the hotel?

A

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Is there parking space available?

A

There is no parking space at the hotel. Please use the coin parking facilities nearby.

Are the bathroom and toilet separate? Or is it a shared bathroom?

A

All rooms have bath/shower rooms separate from the toilet. As all rooms are equipped with bath and toilet facilities, there is no shared bathroom.

There are coin lockers available where you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

How do we check-in and check-out?

A

Check-in is done through a self-check-in tablet. After check-in, entrance and room key codes will appear on the tablet screen. Please write down or take a picture of the code.There is no need for check out.

Is it possible to go out during the night?

A

The entrance code remains the same during the night so going out is possible.

Until what time can we check-in?

A

Check-in time is until 11pm. If you will be arriving later that 11pm, please contact the hotel until before 10pm of your check-in date so we can make arrangements.

Can we still go out during the night after check-in time?

A

It is still possible to go out after 11pm, but the entrance door will be locked from the inside. Please use your room key code when re-entering the hotel.

Is there a crib or a bed guard available?

A

Bed guards are available, but are limited. Please consult in advance so we can make arrangements.

How do we check-in and check-out?

A

Check-in is done through a self-check-in machine. After check-in, entrance and room key codes will appear on the screen and will be printed out by the check-in machine. There is no need for check out.
